OVERCOMING FEAR

Hey Loves,

Today I’ll be sharing with you how I dealt with my fear(Fear of failure).

Dictionary.com defines fear as “a distressing emotion aroused by impending danger, evil, pain, etc., whether the threat is real or imagined; the feeling or condition of being afraid.”

We know how crippling it makes us feel, emotionally,mentally and physically.

All I did was…I TOOK THE FIRST STEP!

You might need more time to deal with yours. Different strokes for different folks.

  1. Fear is a feeling we all experience at
    various “point” in life. The best way I deal
    with or over come fear is, by praying, it
    literally calms me down. Also, I just go
    ahead with a plan, no procrastination, no
    half measure…I always say to myself “it is
    worst if you don’t try(learn), because you
    will never know.
